In the heart of Mayfair, TOUM is a Lebanese rotisserie with French influence. At the centre of our menu is the rotisserie chicken, accompanied by a variety of seasonal plates to share.

To complete the experience, TOUM offers handcrafted cocktails, born from the shaker of our award-winning mixologist, and a wine list devoted to both Lebanon and France.

BAR ENCORE

Born out of a passion for music and the pleasure of sharing beautiful moments around a record, Bar Encore’s inspiration flows from the festivity of Beirut, the eclectic sounds of London’s music scene, the intimate jazz bars of NYC, and the smooth rhythms of Rio de Janeiro’s Bossa Nova. 

Open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7pm to midnight.

Located on the corner of Maddox Street and pedestrian-friendly Pollen Street, TOUM offers an intimate and characterful setting for private dining and events. From seated celebrations to standing receptions, with the option to extend the evening into Bar Encore below, the space lends itself naturally to both corporate gatherings and special occasions.

At TOUM, we bring the warmth of our rotisserie and the generosity of Lebanese hospitality to you. Whether you’re planning office lunches, corporate meetings, private celebrations, birthdays, family gatherings, or special events, our catering menus are designed for sharing. Rotisserie chicken, fresh salads, flatbreads, sandwiches, small bites and desserts, are all prepared with the same care as in our restaurant.

From beautifully packaged drop-off catering to more curated event setups, we can tailor menus to suit your occasion, dietary requirements, and preferred style of service.

A minimum of 10 guests is required for all catering orders. 
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to your event.
